use. You may use this space is for personal, non-commercial
web sites only. All commercial web sites must contract service
through our web hosting department. Terranovus.net actively
reviews all personal web sites posted on its servers. Commercial
web sites on personal space will be disabled until commercial
hosting arrangements have been made. |

do I send you my web site? |

Once
a commercial web site has ben activated, you will need to use
an FTP (file tranfer protocol) client program such as CuteFTP
from Globalscape or Fetch
from Fetch Softworks to upload it. |

do I get a www address? |
| |
Commercial
web sites have names known as domains. These names are registered
through many sources such as Network
Solutions and Register.com,
which run the top level domains. Domain names may be purchased
through these sources. |

commercial hosting plans run on SUN/Cobalt servers, which include
an easy to use graphical web-based management that gives you
detailed daily statistics of your site and lets you control
many other aspects, such as adding or deleting e-mail address,
setting up auto responders, backing up you web site, setting
up SSL's, and creating mailing lists. |

servers allow us great flexibility. We can easially provide
special services to your site such as SSL, server side includes,
CGI bins and front page extensions. |

and SMTP server settings. |

add additional e-mail accounts to your site just access the
site management screen of your site at http://www.yourdomain.com/siteadmin.
Your POP and SMTP settings will vary depending on what server
we set you up on and how you access the server. |
